By accessing or using LandlordOS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
LandlordOS is a property management platform that helps landlords manage properties, tenants, leases, maintenance, documents, financial reporting, and related operations. Features vary by subscription tier (Starter, Standard, Premium).
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant LandlordOS a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
AI suggestions. An organization owner or administrator may accept the AI terms and turn on AI suggestions for the organization. When they are on, you direct LandlordOS to send the parts of your records each feature needs to its AI provider, Anthropic, PBC, which processes them on LandlordOS’s behalf and does not use them to train its models. This includes content your tenants and owners send through the portals, and you are responsible for having the right to share it. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete: nothing is saved until a member of your team confirms it, and you are responsible for checking a suggestion before you rely on it, send it or file it. Suggestions are not legal, tax or financial advice. Amounts, balances and fees are always computed from your records, never by the AI. Some features use AI credits, which may be limited by your plan. You can turn AI suggestions off for your organization at any time.
All Platform software, design, and content (excluding your data) are owned by LandlordOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LandlordOS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandlordOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
