By accessing or using LandlordOS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
LandlordOS is a property management platform that helps landlords manage properties, tenants, leases, maintenance, documents, financial reporting, and related operations. Features vary by subscription tier (Starter, Standard, Premium).
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant LandlordOS a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.
All Platform software, design, and content (excluding your data) are owned by LandlordOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LandlordOS does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandlordOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
